Around 4:19pm yesterday Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Cass County Sheriff responded to a 2 vehicle accident on 7 Highway and Walker Road outside of Harrisonville. The accident happend when the 2003 Chrysler driven by Savannah D. Nash 16, of Harrisonville Missouri failed to yeild and pulled into the path of a 2003 Freightliner drive by Gary Moberly 60, of Clinton Missouri this cause Moberly vehicle to strike the vehicle Nash was driving. Nash was pronounced dead at the scene she was wearing a seatbelt. Both vehicles was totaled.
