The Bates County Career Women are once again offering scholarships for Women in Transition who live in Bates County. These awards are for women who are going “Back to School” to complete their degrees or to enhance their chances for advancement in their careers. 2013 graduates do not qualify for these scholarships. Only those in Bates County should apply.
