The Butler Lions Club is holding a Raffle for a .22 Caliber Rifle. This is a Smith and Wesson M&P15-22 Tactical Rifle. The winner of the raffle will not only receive this .22 Caliber Rifle, but will also receive a brick of .22LR Ammunition. The rifle and brick of ammunition has been donated by Sports Supply in Harrisonville.
Tickets for the raffle are now on sale and will continue to be on sale until October 1st. They are either $1 per ticket or six tickets for $5. Tickets may be purchased from any Lions Club Member. These members include Gary Evans, Steve Craigmiles, Leroy Cook, Seth Black, Jack Wagner, Dave Miller, Rick King, and Bruce Jessup. Tickets may also be purchased at Computer Aisle, Adrian Bank, and Community First Bank.
Drawing of the winner will be held at Huckster Days on the Butler Square. Winner of the .22 Caliber Rifle and brick of .22LR Ammunition will be notified by phone number. The winner of the .22 Caliber Rifle and brick of .22LR Ammunition must go through FFL Background Check before taking possession of the firearm.
All the money that is raised with this raffle will be used for charitable purposes in Butler.
