Dr. Curtis Long Returns to Chestnut Street Clinic opens July 1st

Congratulations  to Doctor Curtis Long as he returns to his private practice at 200 West Chestnut Street in Butler . Dr. Long, along with Barbara Atkinson, family nurse practitioner will open the clinic on July 1st of 2013. Their new phone at the practice will be 660-679-3149. The office of Doctor Long will provide  full lab and radiology services at the clinic. The office hours will be from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The clinic will provide “ healthcare for all branches of your family tree”.
