Leslie Ray Smith, 80, Adrian, Missouri, died Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Willow Lane Nursing Center in Butler, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian with visitation from 10:00-11:00. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Ballard, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
