The Henry County Sheriff along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Laboratory in Jefferson City, provided deputies with the identity of the male subject that was discovered floating in the Grand River, east of the Urich Boat Ramp by a fisherman on Wednesday evening.
A postitive match on the mans identity has been confirmed, However it can't be released at this time due to the fact that all family hasn't been notified. When that information becomes available we will release it. The Autopsy is suppose to be done by this afternoon.
The Rural Missouri Major Case Squad will be convening on Friday, June 7, to begin assisting the Henry County Sheriff’s Office with their investigation. Bates County Live will update this when more information is available.
