St v. Shelly Hoss-Hogan-Miller, probation revoked on previous charge of attempting to obtain vicodin, a controlled substance, sentence of 4 years in MDOC imposed.

St v. Shelly Hoss-Hogan-Miller, receiving stolen property, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, sentence to run conccurently with other sentence. Sentence stayed till 7-18-13 at noon.

St v. Nicholas J Olvera, Jr.,  Felony possession of controlled substance, stanozolol,  found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Michael D Cummings II, Felony assault, guilty plea-dismissed Felonious restraint charge, given SIS, placed on probation for 3 years, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches.

St v. Stacey S Thomas, amended charge Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphemines, guilty plea, sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on probation for 5 years, sentence to run concurrently with other sentences, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches.

St v. Michael D Ritter, Jr., I: Felony DWI, guilty plea, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to not possess/consume any alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, to perfrom 200 hours of community service.  DWS/DWR charge is dismissed.

St v. Christopher William Young, Felony assault, guilty plea to amended charge, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay $600 restitution within 2 years, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to attend and successfully complete the Piper Program or anger management program, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service, to have no contact with the victim except pertaining to their minor child.

St v. Christopher William Young, Felony assault, guilty plea to amended charge, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to attend and successfully complete the Piper Program or anger management program, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. shall be able to reside with Nancy Grimm.

St v. Christopher L Foster, Felony assault, reduced to Misd. Assault, guilty plea, sentenced to 6 mos. In Bates Co Jail, given SES, to pay court costs before 11-18-13 or be present in court, to perform 80 hours of community service, standard other conditions.

St v. Michael D Ploeger, probation revoked, found guilty of non support, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to serve 50 days in Bates Co Jail, to pay $250/month on child support beginning 9-1-13,  to pay court costs within 2 years.

St v. Haley S Olsen, I: Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, II:Felony possession of controlled substance, hydrocodone, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to pay $150 on State Forensic Laboratory account, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/ treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall not consume/possess any alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Roger Lee Tucker, I: Felony DWI-found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation,  II: Driving While Suspended—found guilty, fined $200; III: Failure to drive within right lane—fined $300, pay court costs,  to pay restitution at $100/month beginning 9-1-13, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. shall not possess/consume or be where sold/served any alcoholic beverages.

St v. Tamara D Perkins, probation revoked, previous sentence of 4 years in MDOC invoked. To pay restitution of $1,235, 90 day call back option, court recommends Institutional Substance Abuse Treatment Program .

St v. Melanie L Frost, Felony distribution of controlled substance, clonazepam; Ct. II endangering welfare of child dismissed; found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, sentences to run concurrently, 120 day call back option.

St v. Melanie L Frost, probation revoked, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, to be served concurrently with other sentences.

St v. Melanie L Frost, probation revoked, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC on each of the 4 counts, to be served concurrently with other sentences.

St v. Alyssa N Sines, probation revoked, previous sentence of 5 Years in MDOC invoked, to be served concurrently with sentence out of Vernon County.
