David Perkey 56, of Nevada Missouri was arrested on Tuesday evening and is being charged with Felony Delivery and Manufacture of a controlled substance. Perkey is being held in the Vernon County Jail on $25,000.00 cash or surety bond only. Bates County Live will update then when and if more information becomes available.
