James L. Miller, age 71, of Lacygne, Kansas passed away July 13, 2013 at Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri. James was born February 2, 1942 in Stanley, Kansas. He was the son of Ethel and Lilburn Miller, both which preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Sandy Miller and son Kevin.
