served, to attend SATOP/OEP programs, 2 years probation., pay court costs.
St v. Amanda L. Frailey, found guilty, sentenced to
4 years in MDOC, to pay court costs including $150 on State Forensic Laboratory
account, 120 day call back option, Court recommends Institutional Substance
Abuse Treatment Program for Defendant/ITC.

Felony receiving stolen property—amended charge, guilty plea, sentenced to 5
years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay $2980 restitution
and court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to be
subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200
hours of community service.
