Bates County Sheriff along with Butler Fire Department responded to a dump truck that over turned and is in the ditch on West 52 Highway a little over a mile West of Butler. The truck is still in the ditch and they are awaiting a wrecker to get it moved. The truck was from Garden City and The driver wasn't injuried.
