Funeral services for Harold Foster will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri with Pastor Ron Dunlap officiating. Visitation will be 10 - 11 a.m. prior to services. Burial following service at 3 p.m. Saturday in Hickman Cemetery, Clarksburg, Missouri.
Harold Foster, age 98 of Butler, Missouri, died Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at his home in Butler, Missouri. He was born June 4, 1915 to Lashla and Cora Ann Jobe Foster in Clarksburg, Missouri.
Harold is survived by his wife, Virginia Foster of Butler, Missouri; three daughters, Barbara Pierce and husband Elvin of Milo, Missouri, Shirley Trumbore and husband Jim of Butler, Missouri and Judy Grogman and husband Gary of Butler, Missouri; 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 5 great great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Virginia Foster; 2 grandsons, Steve and Danny; a great-grandson, Austin; and a great-granddaughter Kelsie.
