Potato Day will expand to Adrian on October 25th. ( Adrian Delivery will be at noon )Deliveries will be made to businesses and the school in Adrian, as well as Butler, on Friday, October 25 from 11:00 a.m. -- 1:00 p.m. For the price of $5.00, you can have a large, baked potato(choice of ham or chili), sour cream, a homemade cookie and a drink delivered to your home or business (immediate Butler area only) and your business(Adrian area). According to Jeremy Platt, president of Bates County Youth Advocacy Council, “We want to extend this popular meal treat to Adrian as well as Butler. As a county-wide organization we want to expand the awareness of our outreach and programs in Bates County.”
To get your potato feast, you can order one of two ways: Call to Get Fit Gym and Fitness in Butler at 660-200-2100 between Friday, October 18 and Wednesday, October 23. Or you can place your order anytime by email at Proceeds will go the BCYAC projects that include the Butler Youth Center, county-wide scholarship, Day Camp and the Pool Pals program.
