On
 Monday, October 14, the Butler Bears junior high football team traveled
 to the Windsor Greyhounds for their final game of the season. The Bears
 won the game by a final score of 32-0. The Bears offense was forced to 
punt on its opening drive, but then proved quite dominant scoring in the
 next four consecutive drives. Several Bears scored rushing touchdowns 
for the Bears in this game, including RB Connor Wolf, RB Martin 
Melhuish, WR Ethan Gardner, and RB Cole Kuda. RB Martin Melhuish led all
 rushers with 79 yards on only 2 carries. The Bears converted all four 
PAT’s, 3 by RB Connor Wolf, and 1 by QB Seth Stump. QB Seth Stump went 2
 for 3 in passing, connecting with WR Ethan Gardner for 33 yards and RB 
Cole Kuda for 7 yards. QB Cody Gabriel also completed an 8 yard pass to 
WR Jakob Koehn. 
The
 Bears defense shut down the Greyhounds offense the entire game, keeping
 them well out of scoring range from start to finish. Defensively, LB 
Jakob Koehn led the Bears defense with 7 tackles. LB Ethan Gardner and 
FS Seth Stump both intercepted Greyhound passes, stopping drives. LB 
Connor Wolf also recovered a fumbled punt return from the Greyhounds. 
The Bears concluded their season with a 4-2 record.
