The stoplights at the intersection of Ft. Scott and Orange streets are not working at this time. The reason is thought to be an electrical problem but is not fully known. Please be advised that these intersections become a four way stop. Be courtious of all other vehicles. MODOT and the Butler Electric company have been notified and are in route.
