On
Dec. 4, Daniel Ball, Jr., Montrose, was arrested on a warrant for failing to
appear in court on a felony probation violation. The warrant was issued on Nov.
4 and bond was set at $5,000 cash only.
Ball
was placed on five years supervised probation in September 2010 after he
entered an Alford plea and was found guilty in a case charging him with class C
felony burglary in the second degree. The charge stemmed from an incident in
July 2009. Ball is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 17.
