Light snow will continue today across the southern portions of the Show-Me State. But another system is eyeing areas further north and may bring 2 to 4 inches of a light, powdery snow to northwestern Missouri. The current thinking is that snow will develop in eastern Kansas and western Missouri after midnight Saturday night and then increase in intensity and spread northeastward through the day with all of northern Missouri seeing light snow through the day Sunday. The snow should then end from west to east through overnight hours exiting northeastern Missouri Monday morning. Temperatures will be in the teens early in the day and warm into the 20s by the afternoon.
