BCMH EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH OF JANUARY
MELISSA
COOPER is recognized as the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the
Month for January, 2014. Melissa began her employment at BCMH in 2009 as a
Registered Respiratory Therapist in the Respiratory Care Department. Melissa
not only performs her job with professionalism, she cares for the well-being of
the patient. She will step in and assist with patient care as needed in
addition to her respiratory care duties. She is enthusiastic and cheerful,
giving suggestions on how to improve work processes and staff recognition in
the hospital. Melissa is an asset to the BCMH Staff
