Rich Hill FCCLA Region 12 Officer Selection

On Wednesday January 15,2014 the Rich Hill FCCLA Chapter traveled to LaMonte High School for Region 12 Officer Selection. This is a process by which a candidate enters a room gives up to a 2 minute speech and answers one fact question about FCCLA and one situation question. There can be a total of 12 Regional Officers and 1 state officer. This year Taletha Barger, Erica Diehl, and Renae Clark ran for an office. The voting delegate was Brendan Ephland we had 1 state officer Makayla Fuqua and 2 retiring regional officers Kendra Larimore and Erica Diehl. Lizzie Jennings and Chelsey Martinez also attended.


After all speeches were given they announced the 2014-2015 Regional Officers. Taletha Barger got Devotional Leader, Erica Diehl got Reporter, and Renae Clark got Parliamentarian! We would like to congratulate all the new officers and sending best wishes to all of our retiring officers! The new officers cannot wait for a fun filled year with Region 12!
