Another cold day in store for eastern Kansas and Missouri. Preliminary snow overnight brought widespread accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. More accurate information will be had later this morning as people report overnight totals. But, if you have to be out there this morning, bundle up!!! Northwest wind behind last nights system has brought brutally cold wind chill values rushing back into the region early this morning.
