Winds are rapidly increasing this afternoon and we've already had reported gusts OVER 40 MPH! These strong winds will continue into early this evening, before ...only gradually dissipating. Also, watch out for a few snow, sleet, or rain showers this afternoon and into the overnight hours as cold air plunges southward. Be careful out there this afternoon, as the wildfire danger risk is also increasing. We've already received one wildfire report in southeast Kansas.
