Nevada Police Department Press Release:

On February 10, 2014 at 10:48pm Nevada Police Officers responded to the 1100 block of North Elm for a domestic assault report. The female victim and her small child fled to a neighbor's home and called police. Taken in custody was a 29 year old male resident. He was transported to jail by Nevada Police awaiting application of formal charges. 

On February 10, 2014 at 8:18pm Nevada Police Officers obtained a search warrant for a residence on the 200 block of South Clay. Officers located suspected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The 28 year old female resident was arrested pending warrant application
