Funeral services for Wayne Keirsey, Sr. will be 2:00 PM Monday, February 10, 2014 at Mullinax Funeral Home (660-679-0009) in Butler, Missouri with Rev. Don Rice officiating. Burial with U.S. Army Honors will follow services in Balltown Cemetery. Visitation Sunday evening, 5 – 7 PM at Mullinax Funeral Home. Contributions are suggested to Kamp Keirsey. Wayne Allen Keirsey, Sr., 67 of Hume, Missouri passed away February 6, 2014 in Hume. Wayne was born October 22, 1946 in Nevada, Missouri, son of Marvin Alonzo and Alpha Omega (Prickett) Keirsey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one grandson, Bubba. Wayne is survived by his wife Deborah of Hume; daughter Sherri Dean and husband Don of Jasper, Missouri; son Wayne Keirsey, Jr. of Butler, Missouri; son Bryan Keirsey and wife Casey of Lebanon, Missouri; step-daughter Michelle Diehl and husband Kenyon of Butler; step-son David Terry of Cameron, Missouri; step-daughter Christina Terry of El Dorado Springs, Missouri; step-daughter Melissa Terry of Butler; step-son Joshua Thomas of Hume; step-son Shawn Thomas of Butler; and step-son Zachary Terry and wife LeeAnna of Hume.
He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 9 step-grandchildren.
