Update: One Vehicle Accident On K Highway

Around 3pm this afternoon the Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Bates County Sheriff's Office, Butler Fire Department all responded to a 1 vehicle accident West of Butler on 52 Highway to K Highway then 3 miles South of K Highway in rural Butler. The accident occurred when the 2002 BMW M3 driven by Randall W. Mayo 24 years old of Raytown Missouri was traveling Westbound on K Highway failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a utility pole. The driver as well as A passenger in the vehicle Zackery J. Salmon 20 years of Butler, Missouri refused medical treatment at the scene. Both was wearing seatbelts and  The vehicle was towed from the scene by Don's Tow of Butler.
