Firearm Arrest Made by Nevada Police

The Nevada Police report that they have concluded an investigation into an unlawful possession of a firearm case after executing a search warrant at a residence in the 1100 block of N. Clay on March 13, 2014. A 23 year old Nevada man was taken into custody on charges stemming from this investigation by Nevada Police as follows:

Arrested was:...Leviathon Lee Dipman
Dipman was being held at the Vernon County Jail on the following arrest warrant, issued by the Vernon County Associate Circuit Court.
Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – C Felony


The arrested subject was being held on a $5,000 cash/surety bond. Citizens are encouraged to contact the police if they have any information that would be helpful to combat crime.
