St. Clair County: Traffic stop leads to felony drug arrests

On Saturday, March 22, St. Clair County deputies assisted Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) on a traffic stop that resulted in two arrests on felony drug charges. Formal charges and arrest warrants were issued the same day

Dustin R. Street, 30, El Dorado Springs, was arrested on a class B felony of distribution/delivery/manufacturing/producing or attempt to or possess with intent to distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance. Street’s bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety. Rebecca L. Woolery, 25, Joplin, was arrested on a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. Woolery’s bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

MDC initiated the traffic stop at the junction of U Highway and 82 Highway. During the investigation a silver case with several drug related items were located in the vehicle. The case contained three bent spoons that field tested positive for methamphetamine, two bags with small bags inside of them, one Fuzion scale, a bag of insulin syringes, and other drug paraphernalia.
