Major Rob Hills of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office said Monday that folks were riding ATV’s in the Cooper Creek area. They apparently set up some targets and claimed they were having target practice. Unfortunately, the rounds were traveling across the area downrange and threatening fishermen... who contacted law enforcement.
Henry County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Thurman responded to the area. Timophey Razumovsky, 24, Raymore, and Jacob Romnero, 20, Louisiana, were taken into custody for investigation of alleged third degree assault.
Major Hills indicated the two men now apparently realize they shouldn’t have been purportedly target practicing without determining what was down range first. Investigation is continuing
