Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report 4-16-14

On 4-15-14 around 7:40pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45 year old William K. Stickler of Roseville, California. He was arrested on charges of 1.) Possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana 2.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was processed at the scene and later released.
