• On 4/6/14  around 1:30am The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 42 year old James C. Kidwell of Adrian, Missouri. Mr. Kidwell was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.

• On 4/8/14 around 5:30pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Rodney D. Cooper 34 years old of Clinton, Oklahoma. He was arrested on a 1.) Felony warrant for arson out of Payne County Oklahoma. Mr. Cooper was booked into the Bates County Jail under a no bond status
