UPDATE: Stolen Truck out of Nevada found in Osceola

A Dodge Ram stolen in Nevada was recovered near Osceola. A St. Clair County deputy sheriff found the Dodge Ram in a ditch along Missouri highway 82 at Division Road Wednesday morning. The deputy determined that vehicle had been stolen in Nevada and was towed to the sheriff's office in Osceola. 

Sgt. Steve Bastow from the  Nevada Police Department says a 1994 Dodge truck was stolen from a business in the 1300 block of East Austin late Tuesday and the truck's owner said a .357 magnum revolver was taken from under a seat in the vehicle. Sgt. Bastow adds the processing of the vehicle for physical evidence led city detectives to what he called a "person of interest".
