BCMH Chronic Condition Workshop

A free 6-week workshop will be hosted by Bates County Memorial Hospital. This workshop series was developed by researchers at the Stanford University Patient Education Research Center. Individuals will learn and practice skills needed in day-to day management of chronic diseases.

You will learn Self-Management of Bronchitis, Arthritis, Emphysema, Astma, Heart Disease, Diabetes and others. The six week workshop will begin on May 21st and continue through June 25th. Each class will begin at 3 pm in meeting room A/B of Bates County Memorial Hospital.
