St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Sandra Marconi arrested on felony warrant

On May 13, Sandra Marconi, 43, Collins, was arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on class D felony excessive blood alcohol content-persistent offender. 

The warrant was issued on May 9. The charge stems from an incident in March 2012. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
