St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Appleton City Man Arrested For Felony Theft

On May 20, Michael Oberly, 37, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class C felony theft/stealing.  The charges stem from an incident on March 22 when George "Craig" Siegismund and Gary Cook reported they each had hog feeders stolen. Siegismund reported he had two feeders stolen and Cook reported he had four feeders stolen from a piece property on SW 1301 Road. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety in each case.
