On Tuesday, June 17, 2014 just after 8:00 a.m. Deputy Derek Foreman responded to an area west of Clinton off of old Hwy 18 on a report of an un-clothed and unconscious female subject.  The victim had been discovered by an agent of the Missouri Department of Conservation.
