Driving while suspended 3.) Possession of drug paraphernalia 4.) No seatbelt. Mr. Prater was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released

On June 15 around 11:45 pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29 year old Joshua S.Donnelly of Lees Summit, Missouri. He was arrested on 1.) Felony Possession of a controlled substance 2.) possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful use of Drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
