Obituary - Les (Bud) Bernard Bickford

Graveside memorial services with Military Honors for Les Bickford will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 10, 2014 in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Adrian, Missouri. There is no visitation. Les (Bud) Bernard Bickford, 66 of Adrian, Missouri passed away June 6, 2014 at Vitas Hospice in Kansas City, Missouri. Les was born April 10, 1948 in Gouverneur, New York, son of Bernard and June (Davis) Bickford.

Les served his country in the United States Marines during Vietnam. He was a lifetime VFW member. Les was united in marriage to Linda Bickford, and they later divorced. Les loved Nascar, football, gardening, as well as his country home and flowers.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ila Bickford; and step-mother, Elizabeth Bickford. He is survived by daughters Amy Bickford of Kansas City, Missouri and Stacey Flores and husband Mike of Gouverneur, New York; grandchildren Jose’ Flores, Sierra Smith, Macey Flores, Carson Smith, and Frankee Flores. He also leaves behind best friends Allen Finklang and Cheryl Roudebush.
