Michael Rapue |
- On Monday, June 2, a St. Clair County arrest warrant
was issued for Michael Rapue, 25, Liberal, for failing to appear in
court on a class D felony of property damage-first degree. Bond is set
at $5,000 cash only. The charge stems from an incident on Jan. 9, when
deputies responded to a burglary in progress at the Riley Harris
residence on DeLaporte Street, Collins. Rapue was found in Harris’
garage throwing items out of a boat. Rapue allegedly admitted he was
under the influence of methamphetamine, cocaine and was drinking the
night before.
