- Around 12:25am this morning The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45 year old Lowell V. Myers of Eldorado Springs, Missouri. He was arrested on 1-4 Misdemeanor warrants out of Osceola and Misdemeanor warrant out of the city of Clinton. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and his current status is bond able.
