- On 7/14/14 around 5:35pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 49 year old George Barber of Dardanelle,Arkansas. He was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated- Drugs and alcohol 2.) Fail to signal 3.) Fail to drive on right half of the roadway. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
