- On 7/3/14 The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26 year old Wesley M. Hays of Pleasanton, Kansas. He was arrested on 1.) DWI-Alcohol-Persistent Offender 2.) Involuntary Manslaughter 3.) Possession of Marijuana 4.) Failed to drive on right half of the roadway. He was life flighted to Mercy in Joplin with Serious Injuries.
