- On July 24, Aeriel Lingenfelser, 24, Osceola, was
arrested on a St. Clair County felony warrant charging her with a class C
felony of domestic assault in the second degree. Bond is set at $10,000
cash or surety. The charge stems from an incident on June 27 when a
St. Clair County deputy responded to a domestic disturbance on NE 151
Road. Lingenfelser allegedly assaulted a female victim by grabbing her
by the hair and throwing her to the ground. She allegedly threw the
female victim to the ground a second time and began striking her in the
head.

- On July 24, Joyce Frankel, 52, Osceola, was arrested
on a St. Clair County felony warrant for fraudulent/illegal use of
credit cards. The warrant was issued in February 2009. Bond was set at
$2,500 cash/surety. A court date of Aug. 8 was given.
