The accident occurred when the 1998 Toyota driven by James W. O'Boyle 19 years old of Harmony Florida was traveling Northbound on I-49 lost control and traveled off the roadway and struck a ditch.
Mr. O'Boyle was transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed from the scene by Don's tow of Butler.
