On
09-24-2014 The Bates County Sheriff’s Office along with the Butler
Police Department executed a search warrant at 310 College Street in
Butler, MO.
During
the search of the residence Law Enforcement located and collected
methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Daniel
L Lewis of Butler was arrested and is currently in the
Bates County Jail on a $20,000 cash only bond for possession of a
controlled substance which is a class C felony. He was also charged
with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia which is a class A
misdemeanor.
