- On 9/1/14 The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 37 year old Andrea R. Conus of Ottawa, Kansas. She was arrested on 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance ( Methamphetamine) 2.) Possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She was processed at the scene and later released.
