Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report 9/7/14

• On 9/7/14 around 4:00p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23 year - old James J. Hestand of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was arrested on 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance ( Heroin) 2.) Misdemeanor possession of Marijuana 3.)Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.

• On 9/7/14 around 6:30p.m. The Missouri State Highway patrol arrested 29 year - old Anne A. Hodges of Joplin, Missouri. She was arrested on 1.)Driving while intoxicated 2.) Speeding. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.

• On 9/7/14 around 7:00p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34 year - old Shawne M. Hodges of Joplin, Missouri. He was arrested on 1.) Felony driving while intoxicated 2.) Speeding. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
