Steven Edward Spencer, Osceola, Mo. and formerly El Dorado Springs, passed away Saturday evening, September 6, at his home, He was 69. Arrangements are under direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home, El Dorado Springs, and services are scheduled at 11:00 a.m.Thursday, September 11, at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project are suggested and can be made in care of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
