The charge stems from an incident in the early morning hours on the same day when St. Clair County deputies responded to the rear parking lot at Shelby’s, Lowry City, in reference to a warrant arrest. A deputy was on patrol and recognized a passenger in a vehicle with an active arrest warrant from Henry County. The passenger, Tony Manuel, 30, Osceola, formerly of Butler, Mo was arrested on a felony warrant from Henry County charging him with a probation violation on an original charge of driving while revoked. Bond was set at $1,500 cash only.
Trowbridge was driving the vehicle and during the investigation she was found to be in possession of a white crystal substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine, two digital scales, plastic bags, a glass pipe, part of a straw and a spoon.
