St. Clair County Sheriff's Office: Warrant Issued

On Sept. 26, Tommy Davidson Jr., 34, Lowry City, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on several misdemeanor charges. Davidson is charged with resisting arrest, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, operating a motorcycle when driver's license is not validated for such operation, and failing to stop for a stop sign at the stop line before a crosswalk or the point nearest to the intersection. 

The charges stem from an incident on June 1 and the arrest warrant was issued on Sept. 17. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.
