St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Appleton City woman arrested on felony Bates County warrant

On Sept. 11, Kimberly Balthrope, 46, Appleton City, was arrested in St. Clair County on a felony Bates County warrant charging her with possession of a controlled substance. 

Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety and a court date of Oct. 22 was given.
