On 10/30/14 around 2:20 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 44 year - old Phillip N. Reed of Tulsa ,Oklahoma. He was arrested on 1.) Felon in possession of a fire arm. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
